Jennie is a degree qualified Naturopath, Herbalist and Nutritionist with nearly 20 years clinical experience. She is also trained in a variety of other modalities, Jennie uses an eclectic blend of protocols when designing personalized programs for each patient.

Her great love is seeing the change people can make in their lives when they are supported and guided. As a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, Jennie’s focus is on what makes everyone an individual and how they can use their own inherent strengths to achieve their health goals.
After a long career as a senior executive in the corporate world, Jennie has a unique understanding of how easily life can become out of balance. She has served as an executive board member for the Naturopath & Herbalists Association of Australia and currently also lectures in Naturopathy at Torrens University. Having recently moved from Sydney with her family, Jennie is excited to bring her wealth of experience to Mullen Health.
I love a good curry. Hot, full of flavor and I cook a mean poppadum. Thai comes in a close second.
Best health tip?
Drink plenty of water. It helps our cells be more like plump grapes than shriveled sultanas. After about 3 weeks, your skin starts looking moist and dewey and you just feel different. Plus our livers love to be drowned.
Boxing and working with weights. Nothing like a strong woman.
P2-Detox. This is a great tasting powder with Brassica Sprouts, Turmeric and the four amino acids needed for the liver to complete its detoxification processes. I use it to move through weight loss plateaus, help balance hormones, assist with healthy ageing, oxidative stress and my popular programs to spring-clean the body.
