I have been immersed in natural health for as long as I can remember and have recently finished a degree in nutritional medicine.

N-Acetyl Cysteine – it truly is an all-rounder!
What is your top tip for great health?
Eating healthily and moving our bodies is important; but looking after our stress levels and mental wellbeing is paramount to a happy healthy life.
What is your favourite exercise:
Bushwalks, yoga, ocean swims and surfing!
What is your favourite meal:
I’m too indecisive with meals, but I have a real weakness for croissants
