Bananarami Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 heaped tablespoon LSA
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch freshly ground cardamom
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 2 cups almond milk

METHOD:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend to a smooth consistency.
