Chanelle Freeland
About Chanelle
If you’re living with endometriosis, painful or irregular periods, PMS, PMDD, or PCOS, your body may feel like it’s stuck in a constant state of stress. Many people notice pain that escalates over time, symptoms that don’t follow a clear pattern, or a nervous system that struggles to fully settle, even when you’re “doing all the right things.”
Chanelle works with women who want to better understand what’s driving their symptoms and feel more supported in their bodies. Her care focuses on the relationship between hormones, the nervous system, inflammation, and stress, particularly in complex menstrual and pain conditions.
Clients often come to Chanelle after years of managing symptoms without clear answers. Her approach looks beyond short-term relief, using pathology, functional testing, and clinical case data to help identify underlying imbalances and patterns contributing to ongoing issues.
Care is evidence-based and holistic, combining nutrition, herbal medicine, and practical lifestyle strategies. A strong emphasis is placed on nervous system regulation and pain neuroscience, recognising how stress, trauma, and hormonal shifts can influence pain perception, digestion, skin health, and energy levels.
Chanelle has a special interest in endometriosis and chronic menstrual pain, informed by both clinical training and lived experience. She is also a certified yoga teacher and is completing trauma-informed training, supporting a calm, considered, and collaborative style of care.
Her goal is to help clients feel heard, informed, and more at ease in their bodies, with treatment plans that support long-term balance rather than quick fixes.

Chanelle’s topics of interest include:
Menstrual cycle irregularities/dysfunction & hormonal imbalance
Nervous system support to address chronic pain, anxiety & more
Acne, eczema & other skin conditions
Gut health & digestive issues
