Kate Robertson

Kate is a warm and dedicated degree qualified naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science, passionate about helping her clients feel empowered, informed, and supported on their health journey. Kate is also trained in microscopic blood analysis and is currently one of our testing technicians in clinic.
She has a special interest in thyroid health—particularly Hashimoto’s thyroiditis—drawing on her own personal experience managing the condition to guide and support others navigating similar challenges.
Kate offers an evidence-based, holistic approach, blending herbal and nutritional medicine, functional testing, lifestyle education, and practical dietary advice to create tailored treatment plans that are realistic and achievable for her clients’ busy lives. Kate’s approach is thorough, supportive, and grounded in the belief that true wellbeing comes from feeling informed, empowered, and confident in your health choices.
