Mary Cotterill

Mary’s passion for natural health began in childhood, shaped by her mother’s lifestyle rooted in permaculture, self-sufficiency, and holistic living. Growing up off the grid with organic vegetables, recycled materials, and a belief in food as medicine, Mary was immersed in a world where nature and wellbeing went hand in hand.

Her interest in becoming a naturopath deepened after the birth of her second child, when she experienced profound fatigue, chemical sensitivity, food intolerances, and was later diagnosed with liver inflammation and fatty liver. Facing her second round of postnatal depression, Mary was determined to reclaim her health. This led her to extensively study nutrition, supplementation, and therapeutic diets aimed at reversing disease markers and optimising health naturally.

As a mum of 3, Mary understands the true meaning of burnout and brings a unique blend of lived experience and clinical knowledge. Her personal health journey has gifted her with deep empathy, insight, and a level of understanding that goes beyond textbooks. She knows the blood, sweat, and tears it can take to rebuild health—and she’s passionate about helping others do the same.

Her mission is to empower clients to prevent, manage, or reverse chronic illness so they can live with vitality and purpose.
