Bone Broth Miso Soup
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1 cup beef bone broth
- 1 cup filtered/purified water
- ½ tbsp miso of choice
- 3 button mushrooms, finely sliced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- Garlic and ginger to taste
- 100g konjac noodles of choice, washed and drained
- Optional: fresh chilli, sliced
Method:
- Add water and mushrooms to saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer vigorously for about 5 minutes.
- Add bone broth, chilli, green onion and noodles
- Stir through miso paste and remove from heat
- Serve with fresh chili or a splash of tamari to taste
