Caramel chia pudding

Caramel chia pudding

This yummy recipe is perfect as a snack, breakfast or dessert.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1x 400ml can of coconut milk (full fat)
  • 1x 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 heaped tsp organic maca powder
  • 2 heaped tsp mesquite powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon good quality vanilla powder – vanilla extract and bean paste usually contains added sugar so best to avoid these where possible.

METHOD:

  1. Mix in thermomix on medium speed or in a bowl with whisk.
  2. Serve with fruit.
