Creamy Chicken Zoodles

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 chicken thigh, hammered flat to be 50ml thick.
  • 1 medium clove of garlic
  • 2  T sour cream
  • 1 T white wine
  • 1 t tamari

METHOD:

  1. Create the zucchini noodles using a spiralizer.
  2. Pan fry the garlic in a medium pan until golden.
  3. Add the flattened thigh and cook on medium heat until juice is clear.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and cook off the wine.
  5. Serve warm on top of zoodles.
