Creamy Chicken Zoodles
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 zucchini
- 1 chicken thigh, hammered flat to be 50ml thick.
- 1 medium clove of garlic
- 2 T sour cream
- 1 T white wine
- 1 t tamari
METHOD:
- Create the zucchini noodles using a spiralizer.
- Pan fry the garlic in a medium pan until golden.
- Add the flattened thigh and cook on medium heat until juice is clear.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook off the wine.
- Serve warm on top of zoodles.
