Grass fed steak with halloumi, zucchini chips and salad leaves
INGREDIENTS:
- Steak (1 per person)
- Zucchini (1/2 per person)
- Coconut oil
- Mixed salad leaves
- Halloumi
METHOD:
- Cook steaks on the barbeque (to your desire)
- In the final moments of the steak being on heat cook thick slices of halloumi on the BBQ, 2-3 minutes either side until browned.
Salad
- Finly slice zucchini using a mandolin into circles.
- Pan fry in a splash of coconut oil.
- Add cooked zucchini to mixed salad leaves
