Green Tahini
We love family snack time! Make up a platter for everyone to pick at- it’s easy and fresh.
INGREDIENTS:
- ⅓ cup tahini
- ¾ cup water
- 1 small garlic clove, chopped
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ – ¾ teaspoon salt (I like it on the saltier side, so I used ¾)
- Black pepper to taste
- ½ cup spinach, leaves only, packed
- ¼ cup parsley, leaves and stems
METHOD:
- Blend until well combined
