Hommus and capsicum

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 I tin of organic chickpeas drained and rinsed or 250-300 g well cooked chickpeas
  • 60-70 g of lemon juice (or less and top up with a little water)
  • 1-2 garlic clove, peeled
  • 2 tbsp hulled organic tahini
  • 2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • cracked pepper
  • Celtic or Himalayan salt

METHOD:

Blend until smooth, then enjoy! Also great to have with lunches as a dressing
