Preheat the oven to 180oC/160oC for fan forced oven.
Combine all of the vegetables in a large baking dish and drizzle with half of the oil.
Bake uncovered for approximately 1 hour or until the vegetables are just tender.
Combine the butter, remaining oil, honey and mustard in a bowl or jug. Pour this mixture over the vegetables and bake them for a further 20 minutes or until the vegetables are soft and the glaze is slightly thickened.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
