Lemon Pepper Chicken and Bok Choy

Ingredients
- 100g chicken breast, sliced
- Lemon Pepper seasoning
- 250g bok choy
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 cm piece fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp tamari
- ¼ cup filtered/purified water
Method:
- Coat chicken strips in lemon pepper seasoning to taste
- Gentle dry fry until cooked and set aside
- To the same pan add water. Stir to remove any chicken flavours coating the pan.
- Add garlic, ginger, tamari. Stir.
- Add bok choy and cover
- Steam for between 2 and 5 minutes, depending on taste
- Serve bok choy topped with chicken, remaining tamari mix and a splash of fresh lemon juice
