Peanut Butter and Coconut Balls
INGREDIENTS:
- 80g oats
- 40g peanut butter
- 40g coconut butter
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon maca
- 40g desicatted coconut + extra for rolling
- Salt
METHOD:
- Blend everything. Mixture is quite dry, add coconut oil if too difficult to handle.
- Freeze and enjoy.
*These balls free quite hard, so make sure you wait a few minutes with at room temp before indulging.
