Porridge season is almost upon us! This recipe is so simple and delicious, it will keep you feeling energised all morning.
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup Brookfarm Gluten Free Porrij
- 1 cup of milk of choice (rice milk is particularly yummy)
- Fruit of choice
- Toppings of choice
METHOD:
- Combine Porrij and milk in a pan until soft and creamy
- Transfer to bowl and top with your favourite fruits, nuts or seeds! Shown here with kiwi fruit, hemp seeds, unhulled tahini and a pinch of coconut sugar
