Rice Salad II
INGREDIENTS:
- 300g cooked brown rice
- Handful or raw cashews
- 3 x spring onions
- 3 x zucchini – diced
- 2 x cooked capsicum
- Half a jar of capers
- Half a tin of chick peas.
METHOD:
Dress with a swirl of macadamia oil, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 lemon squeezed and salt & pepper.
