INGREDIENTS:

  • 300g cooked brown rice
  • Handful or raw cashews
  • 3 x spring onions
  • 3 x zucchini – diced
  • 2 x cooked capsicum
  • Half a jar of capers
  • Half a tin of chick peas.

METHOD:

Dress with a swirl of macadamia oil, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 lemon squeezed and salt & pepper.
