Tracey’s Granola

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g oats
  • 250g sunflower seeds
  • 250g pepitas
  • 150g sultanas
  • 150g coconut flakes
  • 100g goji berries
  • 10 x fresh medjool dates

METHOD

  1. Soak sunflower seeds and pepitas for 12 hours. drain and set aside.
  2. Soak dates in hot water 30 minutes then drain water off and blend dates until smooth.
  3. Mix soaked seeds with rest of dry ingredients. add date paste and with hands massage mix until all covered with the dates and wet.
  4. For dehydrator spread mix out on sheets and dehydrate 36 hours 105 degree farenhyte
  5. For oven. don’t soak seeds. mix all ingredients. bake
    180 degrees 20 minutes until golden. let completely cool.
