Naturopaths & Natural Medicine Practitioners

Mullen Natural Health Centre regularly accepts expressions of interest from experienced practitioners who are looking to grow a successful practice within a well-established clinic environment.

Our patients often present with complex health conditions that benefit from collaborative care, practitioner communication and a high level of clinical experience.

We are interested in you if you:

• Are a fully qualified naturopath or natural medicine practitioner
• Have minimum 3 years clinical experience
• Are passionate about achieving exceptional patient outcomes
• Have strong communication skills and build great rapport with patients
• Are motivated to build and retain a loyal client base
• Are committed to continuous learning and keeping up with current research
• Thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Take pride in delivering detailed and thoughtful consultations

Administration & Customer Support

Our Care Assistants play an important role in creating a welcoming and organised clinic environment. They are often the first point of contact for our patients and help ensure each visit runs smoothly.

This role suits someone who enjoys helping people, is highly organised and has a genuine interest in natural health.

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Have a warm and caring personality
• Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Are comfortable managing appointment systems and computers
• Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy building relationships with patients both in person and over the phone

Typical hours

Approximately 20 hours per week, including one evening shift and occasional Saturdays.

Naturopathic Testing & Diagnostics

Mullen Health offers a range of specialised naturopathic testing services to support practitioner care plans.

Our Testing Technicians conduct testing appointments with patients and assist practitioners by providing valuable diagnostic insights.

The role includes

• Conducting specialised testing appointments
• Live blood analysis (microscopic blood analysis)
• Food intolerance testing
• Urine and saliva testing
• Supporting practitioners with patient testing needs

Full training is provided.

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Have a caring and professional approach with patients
• Are organised and time efficient
• Have good computer skills
• Have strong customer service skills

Preferred but not essential

• Background in pathology, nursing or natural therapies
• Students or graduates in natural health fields

Typical hours:
Approximately 20–25 hours per week, including one evening shift.

Mullen Natural Health Centre offers work experience placements for students currently studying naturopathy or related health disciplines who are looking to gain real-world clinical insight within a well-established practice.

This is an opportunity to observe how a professional clinic operates day-to-day, including patient interactions, treatment planning, dispensary processes, and collaborative care.

We are interested in students who:

  • Are currently studying naturopathy or a related field
  • Are passionate about natural health and patient care
  • Are eager to learn in a professional, fast-paced clinic environment
  • Demonstrate initiative, curiosity and strong communication skills

Placements are tailored based on your course requirements, availability, and the clinic’s capacity.
