Ingredients

  • 1 heaped tablespoon coconut yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon GI Restore or GIT Regenex
  • 1 teaspoon psyllium husks
  • 1 scoop Tracey’s muesli
  • 1 handful of berries/ 1 piece of fruit
    Optional: LSA powder 1 teaspoon

Method

  1. Mix yoghurt, powder and psyllium.
  2. Top with the rest of the ingredients plus anything else you choose. Eat immediately as psyllium husks harden.

I take this as morning tea everyday and combine everything in my meal prep the night before. I take the psyllium in a separate container to add just before I eat.
