Asparagus Side Dish

Asparagus Side Dish

Serves: 4
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 x bunches of asparagus
  • ½ block of feta cheese crumbled or grated haloumi cheese
  • Lemon
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic (optional)

METHOD:

  1. Place asparagus in a baking tray and sprinkle feta or haloumi cheese over the top.
  2. Squeeze over lemon juice.
  3. Drizzle with some olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. If you fancy you can sprinkle some crushed fresh garlic over the top.
  5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees.
