Asparagus Side Dish

Serves: 4
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 x bunches of asparagus
- ½ block of feta cheese crumbled or grated haloumi cheese
- Lemon
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic (optional)
METHOD:
- Place asparagus in a baking tray and sprinkle feta or haloumi cheese over the top.
- Squeeze over lemon juice.
- Drizzle with some olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- If you fancy you can sprinkle some crushed fresh garlic over the top.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees.
