Bombshell Breakfast

Makes 2

INGREDIENTS:

  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 50 g almonds
  • 2 cups mixed fruit
  • 1 mango
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons colloidal minerals
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey

METHOD:

  1. Blend the rolled oats and almonds
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend till smooth
