INGREDIENTS:
- 50 g rolled oats
- 50 g almonds
- 2 cups mixed fruit
- 1 mango
- 2 cups coconut water
- 2 tablespoons colloidal minerals
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
METHOD:
- Blend the rolled oats and almonds
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend till smooth
