Cacao Chia Pudding
This chia pudding recipe is an easy to prep breakfast to have on the go! It’s packed with healthy and satiating fats so you can get through your busy work morning with a full belly till lunch.
Serves: 6 x Individual Breakfasts
Ingredients
- 1 x tin organic coconut milk
- 2 x heaped teaspoons of cacao
- 2 x heaped teaspoons macca powder
- 2 x heaped teaspoons mesquite powder
- 4 x scoops collagen powder
Method
- Add 1/4 cup of chia seeds to empty cup and then fill cup with water and let this mixture sit whilst you prep the other ingredients
- In a seperate bowl add coconut milk and whisk all dry ingredients into the coconut milk for 30 seconds until smooth
- Now add in your chia/water mixture and whisk all ingredients together for another 30 seconds
- Pour 100g into 6 small containers and put in the fridge overnight
- Top with coconut yoghurt, fruit and granola when you’re ready to eat
