Carob and Nut Bark

This tasty treat is packed full of natural ingredients, so you can easily enjoyed a sweet snack or dessert without the guilt.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup carob
  • 1/4 cup abc butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup smashed almonds and cashews
  • 1/4 cup coconut butter

METHOD:

  1. Blend all ingredients in the thermomix or food processor on medium speed until combined.
  2. Spread ingredients on a baking tray.
  3. Freeze overnight.
  4. Cut, serve and enjoy.
