CAULIFLOWER RICE
INGREDIENTS:
- large head cauliflower – cut into small florets
- Place cauliflower florets into food processer and blend til fine texture like rice
- Add chilli or leek if desired to add that extra flavour
METHOD:
- Place cauliflower mixture into pan with enough olive oil to avoid the cauliflower from sticking to pan
- Cook til lightly golden colour and of fluffy consistency
- Plate the cauliflower rice then serve with your favourite dish
- Enjoy
