Chickpea flatbread with homemade hummus and salmon
INGREDIENTS:

- Homemade hummus – click here for recipe
- Small tin of salmon
- Handful of baby spinach
- Avocado
- Baby Tomatoes
- Cucumber
METHOD:
- Make Chickpea Flatbread as per recipe
- Make Homemade Hummus as per recipe
- Place on top of flatbread, spinach, cucumber, salmon, avocado and tomatoes
