Breakfast seems like the simplest meal, but it’s actually one of the hardest when it comes to finding healthy, sugar-free options that taste good!
This granola recipe is so easy and quick to make, you’ll never buy another granola again. I pretty much use anything I can find in the cupboard…
Coconut flakes, chia seeds, sesame seeds, pepitas, sunflower seeds, cashews, almonds, dash of maple syrup, cinnamon and coconut oil and zest of 1 orange. Pop it in the oven on 180 for 10 minutes and its done!
INGREDIENTS:
The amount per ingredient really depends on how much you want to make and what ingredients you love. Play around with the ingredients and portions until you find the perfect mix for you.
- coconut flakes
- chia seeds
- sesame seeds
- pepitas
- sunflower seeds
- cashews
- almonds
- dash of maple syrup
- cinnamon
- coconut oil
- zest of 1 orange
METHOD:
- Pop all ingredients on a baking paper lined baking tray in the oven on 180 for 10 minutes.
- Serve with coconut yoghuty and a little almond milk.
