Kombucha
INGREDIENTS:
- Black Tea
 - White Sugar
 - Water
 - Scoby
 
METHOD:
- Add 30gm black tea to the bottom of a saucepan
 - Add 200gm sugar to tea
 - Add 1 litre of water to saucepan
 - Bring saucepan to the boil, then turn off and let sit for 1 minute
 - Strain tea into separate jug
 - Add 1 litre of filtered water to “Sweet tea”and wait until below 30 Degrees C
 - Add to 2 litre jar & scoby
 - Cover with cloth
 - Tatse Daily until ready ( 7-10days)
