Salmon and pomegranate salad

This salad is great with canned or fresh salmon. You could have it as a main and then for lunch the next day.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Palm size amount of salmmon
  • lettuce leaves
  • red oniion
  • pomegranate seeds
  • tomato
  • avocado
  • drizzle of macadamia oil to serve

METHOD:

  1. Combine all ingredients
