Salmon and pomegranate salad
This salad is great with canned or fresh salmon. You could have it as a main and then for lunch the next day.
INGREDIENTS:
- Palm size amount of salmmon
- lettuce leaves
- red oniion
- pomegranate seeds
- tomato
- avocado
- drizzle of macadamia oil to serve
