Salmon Stir Fry
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 3 cm fresh ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 zucchini
- 1 small head of broccoli
- 2 short celery stalks
- 4 mini red capsicums
- 1 generous handful green beans
- 1 generous handful of snow peas
- 4 medium/large brown mushrooms
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon chilli flakes (optional)
- 1 generous handful coriander
- 2 portions of salmon cut into chunks as pictured
Method
- Cook all ingredients in wok until tender
- Cook salmon on a medium heat until cooked through
- Serve with greens of choice- pea tendrils from Harris Farm pictured
