Tahini Chocolate Balls
These are my favourite at the moment! So many balls are loaded with sugary dates, so only using three is a great way to sweeten your balls while avoiding a sugar high and crash afterward. They’re also supercharged with collagen, psyllium and chia… super nutritious providing great fiber.
INGREDIENTS:
- 100g almond butter
- 10g chia seeds
- 10g sunflower seeds
- 1 Tablespoon tahini
- 2 tablespoons of collagen (Great Lakes brand preferred)
- 1 scoop of protein
- 1 and a half tablespoons cacao
- 1 tablespoon Maca powder
- 3 dates
- 2 tablespoons of psyllium husks
- 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
Coat in dessicated coconut.
METHOD:
Blend on medium speed until combined. Roll in coconut. Makes 12.
