Tracey’s Nut Balls
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup almonds (150g)
- 1 cup mixed nuts (150g)
- 40g tahini
- 40g honey
- 6 pitted dates
- 2 tablespoons cacao (healthy alternative to cocoa)
Blend nuts in food processor, add remaining ingredients and roll into bite sized balls. Store
in freezer.
