Recipes include:
1. Berry Cobbler (Serves 1-2)
Berry Mix Ingredients
• 1 cup frozen mixed berries
• 11⁄2–2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp coconut oil or ghee
• Juice of half a lemon
Crumble Ingredients
• 2 tbsp almond flour
• 2 tbsp oat flour
• Crack of salt
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Mix the berries with 1⁄2–1 tbsp maple syrup and lemon juice in an oven-safe dish.
3. In a separate bowl, combine coconut oil (or ghee), almond flour, oat flour, and a crack of salt until it looks like crumble heaven.
4. Press the crumble evenly on top of the berries and bake for 20–30 minutes until golden.
5. Serve solo or with a dollop of coconut yoghurt.

• 1⁄3 cup natural pistachios
• 1⁄3 cup dried cranberries
• Extra coconut to roll in (optional)
Method:
1. Toss the coconut, macadamias, honey, cashew butter, and vanilla into a food processor and blend until smooth and sticky.
2. Add pistachios and cranberries, pulsing until nuts are roughly chopped and everything’s well combined.
3. Use your hands to roll the mixture into balls. Coat in coconut if desired and pop them in the fridge to set.
