INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup raisins
• 1 cup almonds
• 2 teaspoons mixed spice
• 1/2 teaspoon concentrated natural vanilla extract
• 2 strips of orange zest

METHOD:

Place the ingredients into your food processor or blender. Blend the ingredients until well combined and sticking together. Press the mixture firmly into mini muffin moulds and place in the fridge to set. Enjoy.
