We will see each other regularly for seven consultations, beginning weekly for the first two weeks, and progressing to fortnightly appointments throughout your three month program. As your practitioner, I will guide you and keep you accountable to your goal.
These sessions are designed to keep you accountable, support your motivation, and ensure you’re staying on track with your goals. We’ll review your food diary, discuss lifestyle habits, and track any other changes you’re experiencing along the way.
