By utilising blood test results, we can identify the ideal foods for your individual body.  Those foods that you thought were healthy, they may not be right for you! The testing involves a comprehensive blood panel that checks 36 markers to give a clear picture of your current health. RESULTS VISIT 

Once all tests have been completed and your MB plan has been generated, we go through all of your results to aid in the best possible outcome before you begin your program.

7 x FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATIONS 

We will see each other regularly for seven consultations, beginning weekly for the first two weeks, and progressing to fortnightly appointments throughout your three month program. As your practitioner, I will guide you and keep you accountable to your goal.

These sessions are designed to keep you accountable, support your motivation, and ensure you’re staying on track with your goals. We’ll review your food diary, discuss lifestyle habits, and track any other changes you’re experiencing along the way.

I came to Melinda in such a desperate and hopeless place. I was stuck in a bondage of bulimia and binge eating that had held me prisoner for over 20 years. I had a toxic relationship with food. I didn't know how to grocery shop without getting panic attacks. I did not know how to cook food or measure healthy portions. I couldn't keep food in my house. I was either starving myself or stuffing myself. My weight would swing from low to high extremes. My friends would call me ¨yo-yo¨ because of my radical weight fluctuations. I had digestion problems with a chronic swollen stomach the size of a 9 month pregnancy. I suffered with chronic and painful constipation permanently. I had bladder problems with urinary frequency and urgency and I was just fed up with everything I had tried and nothing ever worked. Then God led me to Melinda and everything changed.
