Casey is a passionate integrative health practitioner with a passion for bringing her clients a new sense of wellbeing and vitality. She empowers her clients to take control of their own health while using her guidance and expertise.

She has success treating a wide range of clients over the past 6 years, with a particular focus on women’s health, fertility, pregnancy and postpartum health, gut health, weight management, menopause, improving energy and managing stress, as well as thyroid conditions and skin concerns.

Employing a range of natural health approaches, Casey uses herbal medicine, nutrition, diet and lifestyle adjustments, as well as functional testing approaches, to help her clients reach their health goals. Casey’s client-centred, holistic approach aims to uncover the driving cause of her client’s health concerns, so as to deliver long term results.

Casey’s friendly approach lets her clients feel at ease knowing they have someone supporting them through their health journey.

Being a busy mum herself, Casey understands that it can sometimes feel difficult to prioritise your health, which is why she will always work closely with her clients to create a care plan that suits the individual needs of her clients.

Favourite time of the day? The early morning, when the world outside is still quiet. I can wake up slowly with some gentle exercise while I watch the sun rise.

What is your best health tip? Get outside and move in nature every day, even if it’s just your backyard.

What is your favourite health supplement: Magnesium – but make sure it’s a good one! It’s amazing for anyone who is stressed or drinks too much coffee or doesn’t sleep well, or gets anxious. Sounds like almost all of us!

What do you never leave home without? A full water bottle. Staying hydrated is one of the easiest and cheapest things any of us can do for our health.
