Chanelle’s path into Naturopathy blossomed off the back of a 15 year international career in dance. She reached peaks of adrenal exhaustion, acne, and debilitating periods that paved her own healing path to the world of natural medicine. This gave rise to a deep passion for sharing her knowledge and ability to support and nurture others to a path of wellness.
Chanelle’s passion lies in women’s health with a focus on menstrual cycle dysfunction, including irregular periods, painful periods, PMS symptoms, Endometriosis, PCOS, PMDD and more. She is passionate about the neuroscience of pain, gut health and skin issues including acne, eczema and more.
Chanelle is a certified yoga teacher, currently in the process of becoming trauma-informed certified. She’s deeply interested in the mind-body connection and the science behind how trauma and stress influence health. Chanelle’s unique blend of expertise and personal insight allows her to support her clients in a holistic, compassionate, and informed way.
Her style of treatment is rooted in evidence based practice, addressing the root cause of health concerns informed by pathology, functional testing and case data. She fosters a holistic approach, combining nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle practices to empower her clients on their health journey. She endeavors to support clients to reclaim balance and vitality in their
path to good health.
