Acai Jar
Pete was raving about this when we made it yesterday. Smoothies can often be fruit based, so the sneaky zucchini and avo added here is a great way to sustain yourself for longer and get a cheeky serve of greens into your meal.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 zucchini
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup of mixed frozen berries
- 1 frozen packet of unsweetened acai
- Fill one of your serving glasses with a mix of water and coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of maca
- 1 teaspoon of mesquite
- 1 scoop of collagen
- 1 good quality probiotic capsule
- 1 teaspoon of Brain Octane
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of pysllium husks
- Handful of ice
METHOD:
Blend for at least a minute on speed ten. Serves two!
