Avocado and Almond Flakes
This is one of our favourite snacks. No sugar, full of good fats and loaded with nutritents, you’ll be very satisfied with this treat,
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ an avocado
- 1 tablespoon of flaked almonds
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil or butter
- salt to taste
METHOD:
Pan fry almonds in oil on medium heat until brown. Pour over avocado and season with salt and pepper.
