  • ½ Punnet Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 Slices of Sourdough or alternative
  • ½ Onion
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) or Avocado Oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 Eggs – cook the way you like
