Balsamic tomatoes on toast
This breakfast takes no more than 10 minutes from prep time to serving and easily replicates a healthy café meal at home.
For 1 serve (2 slices of toast)
Ingredients
- ½ Punnet Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 Slices of Sourdough or alternative
- ½ Onion
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) or Avocado Oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 Eggs – cook the way you like
