Bananarami Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 heaped tablespoon LSA
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch freshly ground cardamom
- 3 medjool dates
- 2 cups almond milk
METHOD:
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend to a smooth consistency.
