Berry Burst Smoothie
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS:
- 375 ml or 11/2 cups almond milk
- 125 ml or 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 80 g 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
- 1 TBS nut butter (optional)
- 1 TBS lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp liquid stevia or stevia powder
METHOD:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and serve
