Bone Broth Miso Soup

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup beef bone broth
  • 1 cup filtered/purified water
  • ½ tbsp miso of choice
  • 3 button mushrooms, finely sliced
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • Garlic and ginger to taste
  • 100g konjac noodles of choice, washed and drained
  • Optional: fresh chilli, sliced

Method:

  1. Add water and mushrooms to saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer vigorously for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add bone broth, chilli, green onion and noodles
  3. Stir through miso paste and remove from heat
  4. Serve with fresh chili or a splash of tamari to taste
