INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1-2 cups of coconut milk or almond milk
- 1-2 cups of spinach
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
* You can add probiotics or supplement powders to this to help boost the health benefits.
METHOD:
- Place ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Spinkle granola, chia seeds, bee pollen, goji berries etc on top. Use toppers that you love and that add a little crunch to keep you satisfied for longer.
