Breakfast Burrito
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 egg, whisked
- Snow pea sprouts
- Fresh coriander and mint
- 70g chicken breast, cooked
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional Hot Baby Chilli
Method:
- Whisk egg, salt and pepper
- Add mixture to frypan, and cook on low heat, flipping once as needed
- Remove omelette from heat
- Place chicken, herbs and snow pea sprouts in a line down centre of omelette
- Add a splash of lime juice &/or tamari soy
- Roll and enjoy!
**TIP: If watching your fat intake, use a piece of baking paper at the base of your frypan to stop your egg mix sticking without using oil
