Cauliflower steak and eggs
Cauliflower steak is tasty as well as filling and is a great alternative to toast in the morning.
INGREDIENTS:
- Cauliflower – 1cm slice
- One egg
- Coconut oil or olive oil
- Ingredients to serve, such as goat’s cheese or avocado.
METHOD:
- Bake a 1cm thick slice of cauliflower in the oven until cooked.
- Fry an egg in a pan with a little olive or coconut oil.
- Serve with avocado, goat’s cheese, beetroot and pine nuts.
