Chocolate macadamia slab
This chocolate recipe is particularly marvelous as it contains only 2 dates to sweeten it! It’s so rich it will settle your chocolate craving by two pieces, if that!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup cacao butter (about 180g)
- 3/4 cup cacao powder (about 50g)
- 2 dates pitted and soaked in water. *We just soaked the dates in boiling water until we needed them in the recipe.
- 1/3 cup macadamia nuts.
- 2/3 cup macadamia nuts
METHOD:
- Melt cacao butter.
- Whiz all the ingredients – excluding the 2/3 cup macadamias – together in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- Stir in the additional 2/3 cup macadamias.
- Set in a loaf pan and pop in the freezer to set.
- Transfer to the fridge to keep it handy for when you need a tasty snack!
