Flax Pudding with coconut yoghurt and granola

This recipe is a great alternative to both chia puddings and morning oats. Served warm or cold, this recipe is sure to satisfy!

Pop all ingredients into Thermomix to combine thoroughly. Then, cook for 3 minutes at 100 degrees on stirring speed

INGREDIENTS:

  • 150g almond milk
  • 150g coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 2 heaped teaspoons of maca
  • 2 teaspoons of mesquite powder

METHOD:

  1. Pop all ingredients into Thermomix or blender to combine thoroughly.
  2. Cook for 3 minutes at 100 degrees on stirring speed in the Thermomix or in a pot on the stove.
  3. Serve with coconut yoghurt and granola.
