Fruit free peanut butter balls
Bliss balls are often loaded with dates, syrups and sugars. You’ll find none of these in this recipe, it’s the perfect snack for morning, noon and night without disturbing ketosis.
Makes 10.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 T lucuma powder
- 1 T maca powder
- 100g coconut butter
- 1 T peanut butter
- 100g almonds
- 2 T psyllium husks
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 scoop of Supercharged ‘Heal your gut’ powder
- 1 probiotic capsule
- 10-20g coconut oil
METHOD:
- Blend on medium speed until well combined. Use a tablespoon to scoop out the mixture. Squeeze and then roll into balls. Coat in desiccated coconut. Pop into the fridge to set.
