Garlic Greens
Garlic greens are a regular in the Mullen household and a fabulous and flavoursome addition to any meal. Loads of people don’t enjoy vegetables -especially not green ones!- but noone has ever knocked these back!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 head of broccoli
- 2 zucchinis
- 4 big handfuls of green beans
- 3 handfuls of brussel spouts- if you’re game- washed with the root chopped off.
METHOD:
Steam until just tender, them toss and pour into serving bowl.
Add generous slosh of macadamia or extra virgin olive oil as well as 2 cloves of pressed garlic (that has been crushed in one of the garlic crusher devices), salt and pepper.
